Forge Fitness Club was founded by a trainer who believed there was a better way to help people get fit — one that didn't involve cookie-cutter programmes, intimidating gym floors, or leaving clients to figure it out alone.
Since 2019, we've been in the business of real, lasting transformation. In January 2026, we rebranded with a renewed commitment to that same founding belief — that every person, regardless of where they're starting from, deserves expert guidance, genuine support, and a plan that actually works for their life.
Our team of 10 professionally qualified personal trainers brings that belief to life every single day.

The InBody Body Composition Analysis gives you the full picture — a detailed, science-backed breakdown of exactly what your body is made of, so you and your trainer can make smarter decisions from day one.
What your InBody scan measures:
Skeletal muscle mass — how much functional muscle you actually have
Body fat percentage and fat mass — where it is and how much
Visceral fat level — the fat around your organs that poses the greatest health risk
Body water and hydration status — segmental, across each limb and your trunk

What to expect: The scan itself takes less than 60 seconds. Your trainer will then walk you through your results in less than 10 minutes — no jargon, no judgment — and show you exactly what the numbers mean for your goals.
